Fantastic hotel, best staff, amazing location prepared to participate as the staff is really good about pulling people into activities. Well-appointed and well-stocked rooms for floors 1-4, food excellent. Variety of food in the venue, in-house restaurant. Friendly service, parking nearby. An amazing stay with an excellent swimming pool. Great way to end our trip.

The hotel is in an incredible and perfect position and the airport is 16 miles away. The rooms are themed with large bathrooms and have a standard interior. Outstanding service, the breakfast is freshly prepared.

Had a brand-new a double room, which allowed us to enjoy incredible view of the electric blue ocean. Also, location was unbeatable and excellent, just a short walk away from La Isla Shopping Village. The daily service was outstanding. The place had an elegant atmosphere.

Delicious and extraordinary breakfasts, with juices, boulangerie and fresh seafood. Best staff and well-stocked and well-maintained rooms with the bedroom, an amazing view and double jetted tub.

The hotel's location was incredible, very close to the ocean for hours and the Hyatt Zilara Cancun in a group of 7 friends for a 30th birthday trip.
